Acceptance

By using Vibe Like Rick, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The Service

Vibe Like Rick is an unaffiliated tribute and image-editing tool that uses your uploaded selfie to create a Rick Rubin-inspired generated image. The site is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Rick Rubin or any rights holder.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the service. You may not use the service if you are under 13, and minors may use it only with the consent and supervision required by applicable law.

Your Content

You are responsible for the photos and other content you upload or share. You represent that you have the rights and consent needed to upload the image and create the generated output. Do not upload images of someone else without permission, and do not upload images of children.

You keep whatever rights you have in your uploaded content. You grant us a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and create generated outputs from your content for operating, securing, improving, and supporting the service.

Generated Images

Generated images may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for how you use or share them. Do not present generated images in a misleading way, and do not use them to impersonate, defame, harass, deceive, or violate another person's rights.

Prohibited Uses

• Uploading content you do not have permission to use.
• Creating sexual, intimate, exploitative, harassing, hateful, violent, illegal, or non-consensual content.
• Using the service to mislead people about identity, endorsement, events, politics, finance, health, or legal matters.
• Attempting to bypass authentication, credits, payment, rate limits, security controls, or provider safeguards.
• Scraping private endpoints, reverse engineering the service, or interfering with site operation.

Accounts and Credits

You can try the service as a guest for the stated number of guest generations. To save guest results, view history, or keep generating after guest tries are used, you must sign in with an email code. Each account receives the stated number of account free generations. Paid credits are digital service credits for image generations and have no cash value.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. Except where required by law, paid credits are non-refundable once purchased. If a generation fails because of a service error, the app attempts to refund the generation credit automatically.

Moderation and Enforcement

We may review usage records, suspend access, remove content, refuse generations, or delete accounts when we believe these Terms, provider policies, law, security, or safety require it.

Intellectual Property

The site, code, branding, layout, and service infrastructure are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or with permission. Names, likenesses, and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free results, or that generated images will meet your expectations or be fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or unauthorized use of your content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms or the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
